Most of our caps are one size, with an adjustable strap or snapback, so they fit most adults. Where a style is structured or fitted, the sizing is noted on the product.

Measure around your head, just above the ears and eyebrows, with the tape level. Most adults sit comfortably in a one-size cap.

The Estoril is a structured six-panel cap in polyester jacquard with contrast piping along the visor, so your crest reads cleanly against a defined crown rather than disappearing into a flat front panel.
Velcro closure at the back makes last-minute size swaps easy when someone forgets to send their measurement until the week before tee-off. That matters when you are rounding up ten mates who all swear they are a medium until the caps arrive.
We decorate the Estoril in Australia with embroidery, DTF or full-colour transfer, and you approve a digital proof before anything is stitched.
