Delivery options and charges
Available delivery options and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order. The available options can vary by delivery address, product and order contents.
Minimum order and delivery area
A minimum order of 20 units applies to each order.
We deliver within Australia only.
Delivery is free for orders of $350 or more. For orders below $350, the standard Australia Post delivery rate shown at checkout applies.
Processing and delivery estimates
Some Hat & Polo products may be prepared, personalised or decorated after an order is placed. Processing and delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
We will send a shipping confirmation when tracking or dispatch information is available. Delivery partners may contact you about delivery of your order.
Delivery address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, contact hello@hatandpolo.com.au promptly. A change may not be possible once an order has entered production or dispatch.
Delays and delivery problems
If your order has not arrived by the estimate shown at checkout, contact hello@hatandpolo.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant delivery partner or production provider where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
