Getting your kit to you.

In-stock, undecorated caps and polos are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Custom orders are made to order. Production is around 2–3 weeks from your approved proof, plus delivery. Your confirmed timeline is set out in your quote.

We can send a group order to a single address or split it across multiple recipients, just let us know what works.

Unworn, undecorated stock items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Contact us first and we'll guide you through it.

Because decorated items are personalised to your group, they can't be returned for change of mind. That's exactly why we proof and sample before production, so you sign off before anything is made. If something arrives faulty or not to the approved proof, we'll put it right.

If there's a fault or we haven't matched your approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or remake. This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
