Refunds, Returns and Remedies This policy is issued by The Trustee for The Taegen Kerley Trust (ABN 62 861 304 483), trading as THAT UNIFORM CO. Hat & Polo is the storefront brand. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant. We may ask for further information so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. Do not return goods until we have assessed your request and issued return instructions in writing. For personalised, decorated or made-to-order goods, we may need to coordinate those instructions with the relevant production provider. Where a remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for providing the remedy to you. Change-of-mind requests We assess change-of-mind requests case by case. Products that have been personalised, decorated or made to order may not be suitable for resale. This does not affect any remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee. Before returning any product, contact us for return instructions. Do not send goods to a production or supplier address unless we give you that address in writing. Refund method and timing If we decline or cannot fulfil an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the amount you paid in full to the original payment method. For refunds that require assessment, including fault or change-of-mind requests, we will return an approved refund to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you.
