A vector file (.ai, .eps or .pdf) is ideal for the sharpest result, especially for embroidery. A high-resolution PNG can also work. Don't have the right file? Send what you have — we'll tell you if it's usable or needs a quick redraw.

Standard production is around 2–3 weeks from your approved proof, plus tracked delivery. Got a hard deadline like a tournament or trip? Tell us the date and we'll work back from it.

Always. You approve a digital proof of your logo, colours and placement first, and on larger runs we'll produce a physical sample for sign-off. We never produce without your approval — that's the whole point.
