Terms of Service These terms apply when you use the Hat & Polo website or place an order with The Trustee for The Taegen Kerley Trust (ABN 62 861 304 483), trading as THAT UNIFORM CO. Hat & Polo is the storefront brand. Orders When you place an order, you offer to buy the products shown in your order. We may accept or decline that offer, including where a product is unavailable, an error is identified in a price or product description, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. A minimum order of 20 units applies to each order. We may decline an order that does not meet that minimum. We will send an order confirmation after we receive your order. That confirmation records your order details. If we decline or cannot fulfil an order that you have already paid for, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout and refund the amount you paid in full. Supplier fulfilment We may use suppliers to source, decorate and fulfil products. Products can be subject to a supplier's approval, availability and production requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we may decline an order before accepting it if a supplier cannot approve or fulfil it. Any supplier decision about trade approval, availability, production or a supplier remedy is a matter between us and that supplier. It does not limit any remedy you may have against us under the Australian Consumer Law. Product information and personalisation We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, images, colours, sizing and decoration options accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. You are responsible for checking the spelling, artwork, sizing, quantities and other selections you submit. If a product is personalised or decorated, changes may not be possible after production begins. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Prices and payment All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment must be authorised before we process an order. We use payment providers to process transactions securely. Delivery Delivery options, estimated timing and any applicable delivery charge are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates only. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms. Consumer guarantees and refunds Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our Refunds, Returns and Remedies Policy forms part of these terms and does not limit those guarantees. Website use You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights. Liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time you place an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law.
